I attach the January edition of the NFLA newsletter.

- Entry into force of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons is welcomed and celebrated.
- UK Energy White Paper and other initiatives show ongoing strong UK Government support for new nuclear, despite the obvious shortcoming with the technology.
- Plans for the upcoming NFLA Steering Committee and AGM, and the work of the NFLA National Forums and the Mayors for Peace Chapter.
- NFLA’s response to the NDA Draft Business Plan and the ONR consultation on defining bulk quantities of radioactive waste.
